We can overhaul your LC-MS, GC-MS and General Vacuum pumps!
Small Vacuum Pumps can generally be serviced at site. Prices are typically £90-£190 per unit.
For large MS pumps, our experienced engineers will carry our the manufacturer's recommended thorough service, including disassembly and seal replacement:
- Minor Service
- Intermediate Service recommended for most users
For tired pumps, replacement of the Vanes may also be required:
- Major service
We can also undertake major refurbishment and repair work - please contact us for a quotation.
Please note - this is a genuine PM service, not a simple Oil Change! The instrument manufacturers seldom carry out the recommended service. They will typically just drain and replace the oil (and possible change an oil mist filter).
Not only does this impact reliability and performance, but it represents very poor value.
If it is not ecomonically viable to repair your pump, replacement or manufacturer refurbished pumps are also normally available.
