  • Our Services

We offer both At Site and Return to Base maintenance and repair services.

At site services involve sending a fully-trained engineer to your laboratory, practice or factory. The simple and competitive call-out charge includes all travel costs.

RTB services involve returning your equipment to us for investigation, maintenance or repair in our comprehensively equipped dedicated workshop facility. This route is especially cost-effective for more complex or intermittent faults, which can be difficult to resolve in the field.

Maintenance is usually performed at a fixed fee, which will include parts and labour.

For repairs, an hourly rate will be used, to which the cost of any parts required will be added.

We can give a written quote before proceeding, and seek  permission before carrying out additional work (if required).

All work is guaranteed (subject to Terms and Conditions).

Repair labour rates are automatically discounted for equipment covered by a current Service Contract.
